Babylon Summer Palace is located in Hôrka behind Brodzany. In 1911, it was built by the Duchess Natalia of Oldenburg, the niece of the great Russian and world literature - Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin. The summer house was used by family members and guests as a summer residence, and Duchess Natália spent her free time in it, especially during the last years of her life.
Natalia was the daughter of Alexandra Goncharova, sister-in-law of A. S. Pushkin, with whom Pushkin had more than a sister-in-law relationship, although he married her younger sister Natalia. After Pushkin's death, Alexandra married an Austrian diplomat in Russia, Baron Gustav Friesenhof, and this daughter gave birth to a daughter, Natalia.
