The Spa Golf Club in Piešťany is situated not far from the well-known spa area. It was established as one of the first golf courses in Slovakia as early as in 1914.

One of the most striking examples of eclecticism in Piestany. Original classicist municipal office building was rebuilt in the mid-twenties of the 20th century for the needs of the District Court. The author of the project of adaptation has been living in Berlin Piešťanský born architect R. Scheibner. The museum is a part of the Military Historical Institute and has its seat at the premises of a former military airport in Piešťany.
