Come and spend Saturday at the Podtatra Museum in Poprad and experience a rich cultural program.
In addition to tours of permanent expositions and exhibitions, you can look forward to a lecture by archaeologist PhDr. Karol Pieta, DrSc., who was the leader of the team of archaeologists investigating the tomb of the Prince of Poprad from the beginning of the research of this rare find in Poprad - Matejovci. Part of the program will be the screening of documentary films directed by Jozef Chudík "Slovak archaeologists in Slovakia and in Germany I. and II."
Demonstrations of the work of artisans in craft workshops - turning, pottery or jewelry are prepared, children will have fun at workshops making clay vessels, wire jewelry or archaeological research.
The event takes place in both the indoor and outdoor spaces (amphitheatre, craft workshops) of the Podtatra Museum in Poprad.
